NO-NAIL BOXES would like to inform you that US regulations concerning penalties for non-compliance with standard ISPM15 changed as of 1 November 2017!
From this day onwards, shipments that do not comply with ISPM15 (in particular the absence or lack of legibility of IPPC markings) may be seized and confiscated. This concerns the packaging and the product contained, according to Title 19 of the United States Code (U.S.C.) § 1595a(b) or 19 U.S.C. § 1592.
As a reminder, the folding plywood boxes made by NO-NAIL BOXES are compliant with the ISPM15 standard. They can be shipped anywhere in the world. To learn more, please contact your technical adviser.
