Can you briefly tell us about your company and the logistical challenges you face on a daily basis?

“At AGC Srl, we manufacture high-precision mechanical parts through turning and milling, primarily for the Luxembourgish industry and surrounding regions.

Since precision is essential for our products, transportation poses a risk if the packaging is not suitable. We must protect our parts from shocks, loss, or damage during transit.”

How did you hear about No-Nail Boxes?

“Through word of mouth. Many people from our region work there.”

What convinced you to choose our shuttle boxes?

“After comparing several solutions, it was the price-performance ratio that convinced us.”

How do you use our boxes on a daily basis?

“We use ISIBOX 66 boxes from NO-NAIL BOXES to ship our mechanical parts.

Once delivered, we collect the boxes during our visits to customers. They also serve as shuttle boxes between our workshop and our subcontractors.”

What concrete advantages have you noticed?

“A plywood box is much lighter than a traditional wooden box.

Its foldable nature also allows us to assemble and disassemble them as needed and to store the others flat without taking up space.”

Would you recommend No-Nail Boxes to other companies? Why?

“Yes, for all companies that use shuttle shipments.

These boxes are an ecological and practical alternative to cardboard: they are more time-efficient and more secure.”

Do you foresee other projects with our solutions in the future?

“Yes, we are considering ordering more boxes with different dimensions.

However, it would be interesting to develop a solution to prevent some boxes from being ‘lost’.”
