About us

NO-NAIL BOXES was founded in 1961 in Ettelbruck, Luxembourg, and relocated to Wiltz in 2006. The company specializes in the manufacturing of foldable plywood and steel crates, mainly for industrial use.

Since its creation, NO-NAIL BOXES has continuously evolved to meet the needs of its industrial clients, now producing nearly 500,000 crates per year—95% of which are custom-made.

For many years, NO-NAIL BOXES was part of the ALIPA Group, a Luxembourg-based specialist in industrial packaging and lifting. This affiliation helped strengthen our know-how in industrial packaging and deepen our technical expertise.

In August 2024, the packaging division of the ALIPA Group — including NO-NAIL BOXES, Allpack Services (Luxembourg), and WaluPack Services (Belgium) — was acquired by Evolem, a family-owned investment company committed to supporting responsible and sustainable businesses.

This acquisition led to the creation of GlobalPack Solutions, a company bringing together the three entities to form a leading European player in reusable wooden industrial packaging. NO-NAIL BOXES continues its mission within this group: to provide high-performance, sustainable, and tailor-made packaging solutions that meet the needs of the most demanding industries.
