In use for several months now, this saw is equipped with state-of-the-art technology that brings several significant improvements to our workshops.
Here are the key points to remember:

  • DUPLUS System: This innovative system allows us to make cuts of different lengths in a single operation. This feature significantly boosts our productivity by reducing downtime and the number of operations required. As a result, we are now able to handle a larger number of orders and process more formats, optimizing our working time.
  • Double gripping system and panel rotation: This saw enables more efficient handling of panels thanks to double gripping clamps and an automatic panel rotation system inside the machine. This greatly simplifies the cutting process and allows for flexible panel size adjustments, increasing production by 30 to 40%.
  • Pusher system: The integration of a pusher system ensures more precise handling of panels, guaranteeing clean and accurate cuts while reducing waste.

A cleaner and safer working environment

 

We have selected an option that improves dust extraction with a beam system for suction, creating a cleaner and safer working environment for our teams. In addition, this saw is equipped with E-mode technology, an energy-saving mode that stops unused motors and energy sources while optimizing suction control.

This technology allows us to reduce our energy consumption, supporting our approach to more environmentally responsible practices.

 

Increased productivity with the Ardis system

 

The new saw is also integrated with the Ardis system, which enables intelligent waste management. Thanks to this tool, we achieve a 15% productivity gain by optimizing panel use, reducing waste. This system allows us to combine several orders in a single panel, increasing our efficiency while adhering to our environmental commitments.

 

New infrastructure to support this technology

 

To install this saw and optimize its use, we undertook significant civil engineering work. A pit with a lifting table was created to accommodate panel packages of over one meter. This structural improvement allows us to handle larger volumes while maintaining optimal production quality.
