Depending on your requirements, NO-NAIL BOXES can personalise your wooden packaging by printing your logo, pictographs, sequential numbers or other information.
To do so, your manufacturer of industrial plywood and steel collapsible boxes has four printing techniques to highlight your products and promote your company’s brand image:
Flexography
For series printing
Flexography is a printing technique that uses flexible printing forms called cuts. These cuts emboss a mirror image of the pattern to be reproduced.
It provides a high quality clear print, in any Pantone U colour and font.
Screen printing
For highly precise printing
Screen printing is a technique that uses a stencil. The stencil is made of a frame with a fine mesh fabric stretched over it. Depending on the design or text to be printed, some meshes are plugged using chemical or mechanical processes. The print is created by running ink through the open areas of mesh. It can be used to print complex patterns in a variety of colours.
It provides a high quality clear print, in any Pantone U colour.
Stencil
For unit printing of simple patterns
Stencilling is a printing technique that involves reproducing patterns by running a roller filled with ink over a simple piece of cardboard with a cut-out of the pattern to be printed.
It makes it possible to print a small series of simple patterns on boxes that have already been assembled or that feature accessories.
Digital printing
For personalised printing
Digital printing is a technique that makes it possible to print directly on to panels of plywood from digital format. In keeping with current expectations, this digital printing technology makes it possible to print complex patterns or photos.
It provides high quality four-colour printing within a limited time-frame.
Traceability
NO-NAIL BOXES offers its clients two traceability systems. All of our collapsible plywood boxes originating from workshops can be fitted with an identification system.
Bar code labels
Our folding boxes can be fitted with a bar code label. Simply scan the label to identify the contents.
Identification by radio frequency
RFID technology makes it possible to identify an object, track its progression and establish its specifications remotely using a built-in chip.
Locking systems
NO-NAIL BOXES offers its clients different closure systems suited for individual requirements. Our single-use collapsible boxes, such as the EXBOX or the ISIBOX 66, feature their built-in closure system, which uses folding steel tabs. Our reusable boxes are generally closed using nails, strapping or screws. Other systems also exist.

Handling accessories
When a box is full, it can become difficult for the operator to handle it due to its weight or because it is cumbersome. There are cases where the boxes cannot be handled by a pallet truck. NO-NAIL BOXES provides the option of fitting your collapsible plywood box with handles. There are several accessories suited for manual handling.

Seals and security
To ensure maximum security of your packaged products, the NO-NAIL BOXES plywood and steel collapsible boxes can be fitted with special seals that protect them against fraudulent handling and theft.
Anti-intrusion adhesive
By leaving a security message on the tape and the surface, these labels make it possible to detect an intrusion at a glance.
Sealing
This patented concept is offered in several colours that enable logistical coding. The bar code guarantees that the information can be read safely and quickly. The locking mechanism and two-tone seal increase the security level.
Barrel seals
This hardened steel locking system increases the security level of your packaged products thanks to a detachable flag that provides controls and logistical monitoring. The seal features a barcode that guarantees that the information can be read safely and quickly.
Strip seals
This effective procedure quickly and simply guarantees a seal suitable for plastic strips. It can be locked using your choice of a manual or hand-held electric key. The visual locking indicator guarantees that the seal is closed. The numbers on the base and lid prevent the substitution of separate components. The bar code and the client’s name / logo facilitate safe and fast identification of the packaged products.
