Odoo ERP Referent (M/F)
Location: Wiltz (Luxembourg)
No-Nail Boxes S.A. designs and manufactures a wide range of folding plywood crates. As an innovative industrial company, we place performance, safety and efficiency at the heart of our business.
Our Maintenance department is an essential link: it ensures the reliability of our equipment and directly contributes to the smooth running of our production.
Your main mission
You will be the internal Odoo referent for the group and will actively participate in the continued deployment, continuous improvement and harmonisation of processes across our various sites.
The role combines a strategic ERP dimension with close operational support for users.
You will also provide first-level IT support for day-to-day needs and act as the liaison with our external IT partner.
Your responsibilities :
Needs analysis and process improvement
- Gather business requirements from the various departments
- Participate in the structuring, formalisation and harmonisation of internal processes
- Design suitable functional solutions and write technical specifications
- Identify and propose improvements to optimise processes and operational flows
Odoo development, configuration & customisation
- Develop and customise Odoo modules according to the company’s needs
- Set up and configure the application solution
- Create custom reports, dashboards and workflows
Integration & interfaces
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems
- Ensure the consistency and reliability of data flows
Deployment & user support
- Continue the deployment of Odoo across the group’s various entities
- Train and support users in adopting the solution
- Provide technical and functional support across our sites in Luxembourg, Belgium and Italy
- Occasionally facilitate internal training sessions
Project management & coordination
- Participate in ERP-related projects and contribute to their proper coordination
- Keep technical and functional documentation up to date
- Act as the link between users, technical partners and external service providers
- Be the internal point of contact for day-to-day IT questions
Your technical profile :
Experience and technical skills
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience on successful Odoo projects
- Good command of Odoo development and configuration
- Good understanding of Odoo architecture and the main business modules
- Experience in system integration and interfaces: an asset
- Experience in an industrial or production environment: a major asset
- An Odoo certification (or willingness to pursue one) is a real advantage

- Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into concrete solutions
- Strong analytical and prioritisation skills

- Ability to integrate quickly into an already ongoing project

- Availability for occasional travel to Belgium and Italy
Languages
- Fluent English is mandatory
- French is essential
- Italian and/or German are an asset

Accounting, Human Resources and Administration Employee (M/F)

No-Nail Boxes is a Luxembourg-based industrial company specialising in the design and manufacturing of custom wooden packaging solutions.
Located in Wiltz, our company employs more than 120 people and supports its clients on a daily basis through its expertise, responsiveness and commitment to quality.
Your main mission

Your responsibilities :
Accounting
- Encoding, checking and monitoring supplier invoices
- Management and control of expense reports
- Customer payment reminders and deadline monitoring
- Preparation and monitoring of validation processes
HR Administration
- Organisation and monitoring of medical appointments
- Timekeeping checks and payroll data preparation
- Administrative management of training courses
- Administrative follow-up of students, interns and temporary staff
- Creation and updating of personnel files
General Administration & Management Support
- Welcoming visitors and managing the telephone switchboard
- Management of incoming and outgoing mail
- Management of supplies and consumables orders
- Administrative support to the various departments of the company
Your profile :
- Accounting qualification
- Proven experience in an administrative role with a significant accounting component
- Good knowledge of general accounting
- Proficiency in IT tools and the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of Odoo is a real asset
- Fluent in French
- Good professional command of English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or German is an advantage
- Experience in an industrial environment is an additional asset
